1. Who we are
Fixra is a business automation consultancy based in Ireland. We help small and medium businesses streamline their operations with custom-built systems.

2. What data we collect
When you fill in our discovery form or contact us, we collect:
- Your name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Business name
- A description of your pain points or what you need help with
We do not collect any sensitive or special category data (health, religion, political opinions, etc.).
3. Why we collect it
We use your data for two reasons:
- To respond to your enquiry. When you submit the form, you're asking us to get in touch. Our lawful basis for this is legitimate interest.
- To deliver our services. If you become a client, we need your details to do the work. Our lawful basis for this is contract performance.
We will never use your data for marketing unless you ask us to.
4. How we store it
Your data is stored on EU servers only. Our database is hosted in Ireland (AWS eu-west-1). All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS).
We do not store your data on paper, USB drives, or personal devices.
5. Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted services to run our business. These are the only companies that may process your data:

We never sell your data. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone.
6. How long we keep it

You can ask us to delete your data at any time. See "Your rights" below.
7. Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access — ask us what data we hold about you
- Rectification — ask us to correct anything that's wrong
- Erasure — ask us to delete your data
- Portability — get a copy of your data in a standard format
- Objection — tell us to stop processing your data

8. Cookies
We keep it simple. This website uses essential cookies only (for things like keeping you logged in). We do not use tracking cookies, and we do not run any analytics.
No cookie banner needed because we're not tracking you.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your data, we'll update this page. The "last updated" date at the top will always show when it was last changed.
10. Complaints
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, please contact us first at jack@fixra.ie. We'll do our best to sort it out.
If you're still not satisfied, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission (DPC), Ireland:
